We recruit across four areas

Residential care

Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, Team Leaders, Registered Managers across Arnfield Tower, Greenfield House, and Moorfield Barn.

Education

Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Outdoor Education Instructors at Arnfield Independent School.

Therapy and wellbeing

Therapists, Psychologists, Wellbeing Leads working alongside care teams across all three homes.

Support functions

Administration, Finance, HR, Facilities, IT. The people who keep Arnfield running so our care teams can focus on what matters most.
