Competitive pay & pension
We adhere to and often significantly exceed minimum rates. Regular benchmarking ensures hourly rates, salaries, allowances and bonuses are set fairly. All employees receive the appropriate pension for their role.
Loyalty & referral bonuses
Loyalty bonuses from £50 vouchers to £500 cash plus extra days’ holiday. Refer someone who joins and passes probation — we’ll pay you £500. No limit on how many people you can refer.
28–35 days’ holiday

Our three homes sit within some of the most beautiful countryside in the North of England. The High Peak setting isn’t just a backdrop — it’s an active part of how we work, particularly through our outdoor education programme. Many of our staff have lived locally for years. We’re a community as much as a workplace.

Do I need formal qualifications to apply?
We employ people not paper. Life experience, compassion and resilience matter more to us than formal qualifications. We will support you to gain relevant qualifications once you join.
How long does the process take?
Most candidates go from initial expression of interest to offer within two to three weeks. Onboarding typically takes around four weeks once an offer is made.
